01About these terms

These terms apply when you use isolationpvt.shop (the “site”) or buy from Isolation (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy.

02Using our site

You can use our site to browse and shop for yourself. Please don’t misuse it — for example by placing fake orders, copying our content, or trying to hack, overload or disrupt the site.

If you’re under 18, please use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission.

03Products and sizes

We sell fashion accessories. We show every product as accurately as we can, but colours and finishes can look a little different on your screen and in different light. Sizes and measurements are approximate — if you need exact details, ask us before you order.

04Prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk). The delivery charge is added at checkout. Prices can change, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we’ll contact you before shipping and you can choose to cancel.

05Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may call or message you to confirm it before we ship.

We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, the price was wrong, your details are incomplete, or the order looks fake or fraudulent. If you paid in advance for a cancelled order, we refund you in full within 7 days.

06Payment

Orders are cash on delivery — you pay the rider when your parcel arrives. You can also choose to pay in advance; message us on WhatsApp for the payment details.

07Delivery and checking your parcel

Delivery charges and times are in our Shipping Policy. Please check your parcel in front of the rider before you pay. After the rider has left, claims for damaged, wrong or missing items need an unboxing video recorded right after you receive the parcel — see our Refund & Exchange Policy.

08Cancellations and refused parcels

You can cancel for free before your order ships. If you don’t want to receive a parcel once it arrives, you need to pay the delivery charge to the rider. If orders are refused repeatedly, we may decline your future orders.

09Reviews and your content

When you post a review, photo or comment on our store, you let us show it on our store. Please keep it honest and respectful, and only post photos you have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

10Our brand

The Isolation name, logo, product photos, videos and designs belong to Isolation. Please don’t copy them or use them for business purposes without our written permission.

11Product care and safety

Our jewellery and accessories are fashion pieces. Keep them dry and away from perfume, sweat and chemicals to protect the finish.
If an item irritates your skin, stop wearing it.
Fake piercings are clip-on or magnetic — don’t use them in real piercings.
Magnetic pieces — keep them away from young children (swallowed magnets are dangerous) and from pacemakers or other medical implants.
Glasses are fashion eyewear — not for vision correction, and not for UV protection unless the product says so.
Small items can be a choking hazard. Keep them away from young children.

12Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside our control, such as courier disruptions, natural disasters, strikes or network outages.
